Here are two images that I made recently using two Profoto B1 monolights.  I used Magnum reflectors with grids on the monolights and I ended up using a Nikon D810 with a 14-24mm f2.8 zoom lens

These two guys are my nephews and as you can see by the looks on their faces, we had a lot of fun making these images.

I captured something like 550 frames during the 1/2 hour we were actually shooting, but the B1’s were able to keep up with the D810 really well and the combination of the Magnum reflectors with grids looks like natural sunlight to me.  The boys were awesome and they didn’t need much direction from me either.

The highlight of my childhood was making my brother laugh so hard that food came out his nose.
