perseverance – Wyoming & Chicago

Last night, while searching for images in Lightroom that I had previously key worded, “tenacity” and “perseverance”,  these two images came up together like this.

The image on the left is one of my favorite places in Wyoming:  The Vedauwoo’s in Curt Gowdy State Park.

I’ve camped and photographed there many times over the years because the landscape is endlessly fascinating to me and it’s very peaceful there – despite being fairly close to I-80.

The other image was made at the Ashland Avenue North Branch Bridge  on Ashland Ave., just north of  Webster in Chicago.

– Samuel Beckett
